Terms & Conditions

All engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Where these terms conflict with a signed proposal, the proposal takes precedence.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project fees are billed 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Underlying tools, frameworks and know-how developed by FLYXE LABS remain our property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless expressly waived.

Each project includes a defined revision allowance stated in the proposal. Additional work beyond the agreed scope is billed at our current hourly rate.

We treat client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous three months for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
